The Procurement Monitoring Bureau (PMB) informs that from the 1st May 2024 eForms data is freely available in the format of the JSON open data in the PMB’s open data service at open.iub.gov.lv. eForms data is available for the period from the 25th October 2023 when public procurement eForms were introduced in accordance with European Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1780 of 23 September 2019 establishing standard forms for the publication of notices in the field of public procurement and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/1986 (eForms), enabling contracting authorities, public service providers, public partners and their representatives to fill in eForms, publish them on the website of the PMB and send them for publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. eForms have a different data structure and database from the previously published public procurement notices and they are based on different technologies. Consequently, the public procurement notices published on the PMB’s website until the 24th October 2023 and the notices published in accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 104 of 28 February 2017 “Regulations Regarding Procurement Procedure and Procedures for Application Thereof to Projects Financed by a Contracting Authority” and the Procurement Guidelines for Public Service Providers – as before – will be available in XML format for downloading from the open data FTP server ftp://open.iub.gov.lv. Moreover, we would like to inform you that within the framework of the ongoing project to modernize the Publication Management System, among other things, the eForms data is already available both in the contract register and in the data export of the search results of the published procurement notices (also, the number of downloadable entries is increased from 1,000 to 5,000 entries).
